21000 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the 21000 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 21000 platform in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 21000 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel we provide — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The 21000 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. Users are responsible for ensuring they comply with the local laws applicable in their respective locations.

- Only one account is permitted per user
- Users are responsible for all activities carried out through their account
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full services of the 21000 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account — including financial transactions, betting, and gameplay — is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 21000 support team immediately.
You agree not to share your login credentials with any other party, not to use another person's account, and not to attempt to access any unauthorised platform systems or data. Breaching any of these conditions may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 21000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go, Maybank, CIMB, and other local payment methods listed on the platform's deposit page. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
Deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. If a deposit is not credited within the expected period, you should contact customer support with proof of the transaction. The platform is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedures. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal to ensure account security. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the platform and can be viewed on your account page.
- All transactions are conducted in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit)
- Deposits cannot be transferred to another user
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
- The platform reserves the right to suspend transactions suspected of fraud pending further investigation
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the 21000 platform agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the platform's systems
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process
- Disrupting, hacking, or attempting to access any unauthorised areas of the platform
- Using the platform to place bets on behalf of another person without valid authorisation
- Manipulating game outcomes through any technical means or colluding with other players
21000 reserves the right to monitor account activity to detect suspicious behaviour. Any breach of these terms may result in account suspension, forfeiture of suspicious balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
21000 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses from betting, service disruptions caused by technical factors beyond our control, or decisions made based on information available on the platform. Users access the platform at their own risk.
All content on the 21000 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 21000 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Our platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment processors. 21000 is not responsible for the privacy policies, security, or content of those third-party websites. Users are encouraged to read the terms and privacy policies of each third-party service before using them.
21000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support. Valid balances will be processed in accordance with current procedures.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
21000 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which this platform operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall be resolved through the established dispute resolution procedures and, where necessary, through the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
